Muscogee Magistrate has an electronic channel that already has your case in it. The court's number is 706-653-4390. What genuinely varies — and what you should ask the clerk directly — is three things: (1) how they want a motion into an existing case submitted (the same e-filing portal, an email to the clerk, or in-person/mail), since initiating a claim and filing into an open case are sometimes different channels; (2) whether there's any fee for a motion to amend (amendments often carry no fee, but confirm so you're not bounced); and (3) the exact clerk email or mailing address for motions.
