Desktop — browser bookmarklet
Click the bookmarklet on any browser tab to open a popup where you can send the link to a project or your Notes inbox.
One-time setup (Chrome / Vivaldi / Edge):
  1. Click Copy code below
  2. Right-click your bookmarks bar → Add page…
  3. Name it CoFounder, clear the URL field, and paste the copied code
  4. Save — click it on any tab to capture instantly
→ should appear in Notes inbox
iPhone — Shortcuts
Two shortcuts, two purposes. Both appear in the share sheet from any browser.
CoFounder — Save tab
Captures the current page URL. Actions: Receive URLs from Share Sheet → Get Contents of URL pointed at https://my-cofounder.blackeyelabs.com/share?tok=VBHcQQ6Ri6Degfkpin-rmSfL1_DgtrAs&url=[Shortcut Input] → Show Notification.
CoFounder — Voice note
Dictates a voice note and sends it. Actions: Dictate Text → Get Contents of URL (POST to https://my-cofounder.blackeyelabs.com/capture, header X-Token: VBHcQQ6Ri6Degfkpin-rmSfL1_DgtrAs, form body raw=[Dictated Text]) → Show Notification.
To add either shortcut to the lock screen: long-press the lock screen → Customize → add a Shortcuts widget → configure it to the shortcut.
Claude — morning check-in
Give me my briefingClaude reads last night's shutdown + active projects and hands back an ordered plan.
Swap [A] and [B] / drop [C]Adjust the order or roster mid-conversation before committing.
Looks good, commit itClaude locks today's sequence — tomorrow's briefing will score yesterday's plan vs. what happened.
Claude — evening shutdown
Let's do my shutdownClaude reads active projects + today's plan, listens to your dump, plays it back structured, then writes it once you confirm.
[project] is done / state is X, next is YQuick mid-day update — Claude calls set_project_state() without a full shutdown.
Claude — capture
File a note: [text]Drops into your inbox. Add "for [project]" to route it directly.
File a [link / idea / task]: [text]Same as above — kind can be note, idea, task, or link.
Save this to [project] as [title]Saves the whole conversation to the project's Discussion tab.
Claude — other
Get my last shutdownReturns what you logged last night — useful in AM without opening the app.
Get today's planReturns the committed plan for today, or says none set yet.
Regenerate my briefingClaude calls get_briefing(regenerate=True) — use after logging a shutdown if you want a fresh one now.
iOS — Add to Home Screen
Open in Vivaldi or Chrome on iOS (not Safari). Tap the share icon → Add to Home Screen. Safari will not prompt to install — use one of the above browsers.
