Session summary — full ideation + planning pass with Claude across both elderly-focused products.

ARTIFACTS PRODUCED (in Claude project outputs):
1. Kindred MRD v0.9 — AI family-companion (video avatars of consenting family for elderly users). Key decisions: video-first with audio degradation, cognitively-healthy-only at launch, living/consenting participants only, supplement-not-substitute as north star.
2. Kindred Phase 0 Implementation Plan v1.0 — agent-ready. Architecture: Tavus CVI owns media pipeline; our always-on "brain" service (persona + memory + safety middleware) is the custom LLM layer. M0–M8 milestones; M5 (warm vs uncanny) is go/no-go.
3. Heirloom (=After.Live) MRD v1.0 — three parts: documents wedge, living estate map, messages + funded gifts. v1.0 revision: starter vault in Phase A with first-year subscription bundled (renewal rate = north-star); incapacity-activation protocol; deliver-as-authored custodianship; inflation-indexed gifts; pooled trust administration.
4. Part 1 Design & Implementation Plan v1.0 — FL+TX build states, essentials-first (will/HCD/POA, trust at M8), deterministic assembly with hard LLM firewall, DRAFT-watermark governance awaiting counsel signoffs, M0–M9.
5. State Rules Matrix Seed v0.1 (CSV) — 50 states; user's source table audited: holographic column materially wrong (15 discrepancy flags incl. FL/NY; 7 source-conflict flags); all cells verified:false; FL/TX enriched. Priority verification: FL remote-witnessing restrictions for vulnerable adults.
6. Will Interview Design Spec v0.9 — full walkthrough: 9 sections, easy→warm→hard→affirming arc, doctrine-as-scenario (per stirpes as plain chips), 22 numbered counsel flags = counsel statement of work.

KEY STRATEGIC DECISIONS: Part 1 launches first as wedge; Part 3 ships WITH funded gifts via trust-company partner (partner outreach starts month 1 — longest pole); brands architected separable, decision deferred; standalone repos; starter vault changes business model from one-time-fee to subscription-with-paid-acquisition.
