What about a completely decentralized network organizing tool that wasn't even tied to any candidate or party? It allowed you to, at step 1, put in the kinds of things that you would be active about, like:
- whether you hate Trump or you want local or national
- what issues you care about
- which side you care about them on
It then gives you a list of candidates that would be useful for you to get active for, and then it would roll you through all the different kinds of network organizing things that you could do for those candidates, parties, causes, referendums, or whatever.

Is this Blue Hub? Not if it tries to be both sides 
But if it just does it for progressive causes, then it might be Blue Hub, and it might be the same entity that does the same type of thing for donors.

What if an activist could sign up and connect their Google contacts to this tool? This tool would be connected to two things:
1. People's vote history
2. Their voting propensity profile

The output of this would be a highly targeted list for this activist to reach out via SMS or call, or any other tool. It would be highly targeted to people that need to be turned out and that would vote in accordance.

Benefits
Highly relational.
Completely grass roots.
Highly scalable.
Personal / Not coming from the party or any organization
